Where's the What The Tuck? Although the WTT was an equivalent hybrid to current market offerings, we weren't completely satisfied. In an effort to design the best hybrid possible, we started fresh and designed our new system from the ground up. The Silent Thunder Fusion is a composite holster that combines incredible thinness, unbelieveable comfort and extreme durability. The Fusion consists of:
-Thin layer of suede for comfort, adhesion/non-slippage, and ventilation - NO EXPOSED HARDWARE
-Layer of thin closed cell foam which contours to your body, rounds out control surfaces of the weapon and provides a sweat barrier
-Thin layer of Hermann Oak Veg Tanned Leather providing a smooth surface for the weapon, quiets presentation and serves as the anchor point for the entire system. This same leather lines the Kydex front further quieting presentation and eliminating the harshness of Kydex next to your weapon.
The Silent Thunder Fusion will quickly become your 'go-to' IWB/conceal holster. Designed for long duration comfort, the ST Fusion is the perfect blend of materials and design for your every day carry (EDC) weapon. ST Fusions are available for the firearms listed on our Available Models except revolvers:
To keep wait times for the Silent Thunder Fusion to a minimum (4 weeks), monthly order quantities are limited.
Silent Thunder IWB Vs. Fusion or Solo? I am asked this question many times and it all comes down to this:
What do you expect from the holster?
If you are looking for a holster that you put on in the morning and take off at night then the Fusion or Solo may be right for you. But if any of the following apply to your situation, you may want to default to the Silent Thunder IWB.
Ok, it sounds like the Silent Thunder IWB is the clear winner! So why do we even offer the Fusion or Solo?
The Fusion and Solo are for a different kind of buyer. There are a lot of people in the world that do not perform multiple presentations, compete, or have to remove the holster during the day. These customers are looking for something that can be donned in the morning and worn for hours without discomfort. They don’t care about how it reholsters or that it is not built like a tank. They want to be comforted by having a means of defense and they are not paying a price in discomfort to keep said weapon handy. This is not to say that the Silent Thunder IWB is uncomfortable. It’s just not as comfortable as a cushy composite back.
In the end it’s all about your lifestyle. We build holsters that can accommodate you, not the other way around.

I now have 2 Silent Thunder Fusions for my most carried firearms and my search for the perfect holster is finally over.
I'm a holster snob. Over the last decade I've tried dozens if not 100 holsters looking for that perfect carry companion. I've tried well known customs such as Milt Sparks, Alessi, Mitch Rosen, Brommeland Gunleather, TT Gunleather, R. Grizzle and the list goes on and on. I've probably spent several thousand dollars also. While I still have a few of those others, I wear them very seldom. Garrett's Silent Thunder Fusion is my favorite. It's the most comfortable of all, excellent concealment and let's not forget their superior customer service.
I can finally say that I've found the perfect holster and my search has ended!

I recently ordered a Silent Thunder Fusion for my Sig Sauer P290RS and I have to say it is the MOST COMFORTABLE HOLSTER OUT THERE. I own a Savoy leather, alien gear 2.0, and have tried many other holsters that are very good, but the ST Fusion is excellent and fantastic in everyway. The Silent Thunder Fusion excels in multiple ways that the other holsters fail to meet. First, is the kydex/leather combo. The leather lined holster literally presents the best of every world in an EDC holster. Its quiet and its soft on the weapon in the holster. No one likes to see holster wear on a beautiful 1911, or any pistol for that matter. Unlike my all leather holsters, the silent thunder is a relatively easy one handed reholster. My 100% leather holsters, although comfortable, they tend to collapse under your belt even with the slightest pressure while wearing a proper gun belt. This is not so much a problem with one side of the holster being constructed of kydex. I have noticed many manufacturers of kydex combo style holsters are much too big. For example, the Alien Gear holster is much too large for a small subcompact 9mm. The gun is tiny so I want a tiny holster, but I also still want two belt clips for stability. I feel one mounting point on a holster is never enough, while two mounting points creates a solid foundation for the weapon to distribute its weight. The Fusion accomplishes this without a problem as the footprint of each holster is designed to be proportionate to the gun it was made for while still keeping the same basic two clip design. Lastly, the back of the holster is completely smooth and seamless. The suede lining stitched to the back of the neoprene inner creates a very smooth and soft surface that also grips your skin so that the holster does not slide around on one's belt. There is also absolutely no hardware exposed anywhere on the back or front of the holster, except for the tops of the screws on the clips which a pretty much flush anyways. This creates a seamless surface for your skin to rest on and creates the "I forget I'm wearing it" feeling. I have been wearing this holster the entire time I have been typing the review sitting at my desk, and I have not once reached to adjust or reset my holster in any way at all. I have only had this holster for a short time, but I am incredibly impressed with the Silent Thunder Fusion. I can only hope it will last as long and be as durable as the other reviewers have alluded to in their own reviews of the Fusion. I haven't a doubt that it will be because I have never seen a negative review about these guys and it is easy to see why. Amazing job from the folks at Garret Industries and I could not be happier. The best part is they are a few hours from my home, and the lead time is the fastest in the industry!!!

Well I wanted to make sure this was going to hold up before casting my vote. I've had this for over 2 years and it's holding up amazingly well & I couldn't be happier. I often wear this between 12-16 hours each day and it's exceptionally comfortable. I carry a Springfield EMP9 and use a Velcro backed belt with the Velcro clips. I carry it at about the 4 o'clock position with a shirt tucked in when at work. I work on the road going to various customer sites and no one has ever noticed anything.
Thank you Garrett Industries for making such an amazing holster.

I got my GI Fusion holster over a year ago and forgot to write a review. Now needing one new clip because I accidentally warped it gave me this chance.
This combo is perfect, the clips offer the perfect retention to get your pistol out smooth and without problems, and the holster itself is silent, good on your gun, and unreal comfortable. If I wasn't carrying a heavy 1911 I would forget it's there. I carry a Nighthawk Custom 1911, and would like to have it for a while before I get it re-coated. GI leather allows me to do that and with the kydex shell I'm not sacrificing stability like some leather holsters do.
When I get another 1911, this is where I'm coming. Give it a shot.

I have both the Solo and Fusion for my EDC IWB holsters. Why both, not just one? My philosophy is to carry the largest firearms I can. In the winter I carry a full size M&P and in the summer I carry the compact. M&P Full size I utilize the Solo because it is a lighter holster and trying to cut down on weight. The Compact M&P I utilize the Fusion. Don't be confused, they are very lightweight holsters, lighter than my owb full kydex holsters. The fusion and solo share a lot of characteristics, so its up to you as to which one to get.

Best IWB holster for my G19 4th gen. Fits snug to my body and doesn't move. I am an active duty Marine and I am impressed by the quality and practicality of this product. Costumer service is an added plus!! I will be ordering one soon for my brother's XD (m), for his birthday!

After extensive searching, I made this my first holster for my first pistol, a Beretta PX4 Storm Compact. Most holsters of this two-clip IWB style do not feature the additional suede and neoprene cushioning between you and the firearm. Also, the leather-lined kydex is amazing. It provides a tight fit and keeps your firearm from getting scratched against bare kydex. Since this is my first holster it has taken a little getting used to. Due to the size of my pistol it presses into my lower back slightly, I wear it at about 4 o'clock. Also, I have to be wary of the grip sticking out against my shirt. Needless to say then, that my particular firearm is not meant for light summer wear. The holster, however, is extremely comfortable, and I have worn it several times in different contexts and environments. I am breaking it in to fit my choice wearing position and the firearm itself. The kydex clips hook tightly to your belt. There is simply no worries when it comes to the holster, or the firearm, staying together inside your pants. Having the comfortable backing on this holster is a pleasure to wear all day long. The smaller the firearm, the more comfortable, and it is simply a matter of getting accustomed with the feel of carrying your particular firearm, or else purchasing a smaller one. Nothing is at fault with this holster though. It works, it's comfortable, and I'm so glad I waited and did my research to find Garrett Industries. Thank you for the amazing service you provide and the ease of contacting you and getting exactly what I wanted. I hope to do more business with you in the future.

I ordered this holster for my EMP40 based on the reviews and other recommendations I've read on various pistol forums. The holster lives up to the hype for sure. I'm very impressed with the craftsmanship and feel of this holster. It holds the weapon tight, doesn't wear on the weapon's finish, and is very comfortable. Sometimes I forget that I'm wearing it. I would highly recommend this holster to anyone looking for a great concealed carry holster that is adjustable for you wear and cant needs. I'm getting ready to buy one of their tactical holsters for my XDM.

I've had my holster for a little over a month. Out of all the holsters i own for my Colt Rail Gun, including another silent thunder holster the fusion is the one I keep going back to for everyday use. It is truly the best and will buy one for my other handgun. Now if they only would make one to fit my Colt with the light attached i would throw all my other holster away.

I purchased the Fusion late last month for my Glock 23. I received the holster 2 weeks later. During my purchase I had to call into the company to make sure I was getting the right holster for my gun. The people I spoke with were helpful, knowledgable, and kind. NO recordings when I called!!
As for the holster itelf, 100% great. It is comfortable, very adjustable, and easy to adjust. I am very picky when it comes to holsters and had nearly accepted that if I wanted to be comfortable I would have to sacrifice conealability by settling for an outside the waistband holster. Not the case here. This holster is more comfortable than any other holster I have ever owned. Even OWB hoslters. I have worn this holster everytime I go out and have not once felt uncomfortable. The price is high, but the quality and comfort are more than worth it.
