Garrett has been searching for a clip that complements our holsters for many years. We have researched/purchased countless third party clips, never finding one that offers our bolt pattern or the amount of cant we think is essential for properly carrying a firearm. We are pleased to announce the addition of our newly designed and tested clip adapter. This adapter, along with a Nylon-66 Clip that we have modified, is the answer. The Offset Mounting Clip has 20 degrees of forward and backward cant and can be raised 1/2" to lower the ride. Offset Mounting is only suitable for the Silent Thunder Warrior Holster currently built as well as MOST iterations since 2007. The Enhanced Nylon Clip with Clip Adapter is available in belt sizes 1 1/2" and 1 3/4". Another plus is that the clip portion can be purchased separately if you change belt sizes.

The ST Warrior Holster places the mount to the side of the cylinder for a thinner profile. The clip can be raised or lower to adjust ride height on longer barrels; shorter barrels will have a standard mid ride. Because of the cylinder, you will get very little reverse cant; forward cant is possible up to 20 degrees for the Enhanced Nylon Clip/Clip Adapter (Offset Mounting). The ST Warrior Holster can be worn anywhere on the belt including Appendix. Best suited for just in front or just behind the hip for maximum concealment and comfort. The Enhanced Nylon Clip (Offset) comes standard with the Holster.

**All Silent Thunder Holsters are leather lined with quality domestic veg tanned leather from either Hermann Oak or Wickett & Craig. We do not use imported or chromium leather.

Excellent holster!  Never thought I could carry a revolver AIWB with comfort and concealment but the ST Warrior has changed my mind.  The bonded leather to kydex is genius, great retention and smooth draw.  No more pocket carry as I will be ordering another one for a j-frame, maybe two for strongside and weakside AIWB carry.  Fastest reload is a second gun!

Chiappa Rhino 3" revolver.
Perfect fitment, retention, and look.
The silent thunder for revolvers hits all the marks for a SOLID iwb revolver holster.

Clip may be replaced in the future just by personal preference but this thing rocks.

I have the new Colt King Cobra 3 inch recently re-released in 2019.
Been looking for IWB holster since I purchased the Colt King Cobra 3 months ago. Slim pickings!  I had purchased this holster for my S&W model 649 humpback 357 J Frame a few years back. Love that holster and thought I’d give Garret another shot. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!
Just as amazing as the J Frame holster. The Colt King Cobra fits like a glove. Smooth like butter. Adjustable retention, great clip.  Best part is that the leather lining will keep the finish in perfect shape for years to come. No extra bulk and easy to conceal. Too bad I can’t post a picture. But I will be posting on gun forums as soon as possible. I’m sure there are others struggling to find a quality IWB holster for their 3 inch Colt King Cobras. I really hope Garret Holsters are around for years to come.

One more thing… placed order on 10/7/2021 and received it 10/16/2021. Fantastic turn around!

Great holster, bad clip.  The holster itself is exactly what I've been looking for a Colt D Frame.  However the belt clip is enormous, appearing to be 3d printed.  The belt clip has been knocking around and getting caught on stuff.  This would not be a problem if said clip weren't also so bulky as to prevent a proper grip on the gun on the drawstroke.

A $12 DCC clip and a few minutes has fixed the problem and I'm now quite happy.  But I feel like a $90 holster should not require upgrades.

NOTE FROM GARRETT INDUSTRIES:  Clips have been changed to Nylon to eliminate bulkiness.  We appreciate your input.
