My Fourth Slim April 14, 2016 Reviewer: Mike Russell from Meza AZ   I tried a Mitch Rosen first but did not like it much. The Silent Thunder Slim is really an ultimate IWB holster. The fit , finish, and quality of these holsters is un-surpassed. It,s my fourth one and I love them. As long as I own a weapon, I will own a Slim. They just go together. Slick for STI single stack 1911 type April 13, 2016 Reviewer: Ron Johnson from Kentucky   Really was a surprise that it carried the Single stack 5" STI so well-it is a keeper. finest holster ever April 13, 2016 Reviewer: Larry Wood from OH   This Silent Thunder Slim is the best holster I now own and I presently own 28. I am a big man and had to carry OWB for years to get all day comfort. Lifetime Customer April 13, 2016 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   Ron and Sheryl, Just wanted to drop an email to let you know how impressed I am with your holster. I have been wearing one of your Silent Thunder Slims for a little over a week now and I am thoroughly impressed. This is, by far, the most comfortable appendix style carry holster I have ever used. I have been carrying AIWB for many years now and have tried numerous style and material holsters. These would include leather,kydex, custom built, and production models. None of these could compare to the comfort of your rig. I believe that appendix carry works best with a wide belt like 1.75 inch and infinite adjustment like a Wilderness belt. This is the configuration I tried with your holster. Your style clip held the holster firmly to my belt, even after hundreds of dry fire practice draws. The profile of your holster also fits the natural hollow just forward of my hip better than any other I have tried. This not only helps for comfort but in holding the holster secure. I was able to move around, sit down, drive, and all other tasks attempted without feeling uncomfortable. More importantly, I was able to move around without needing to adjust the holster or hold it in place. Did I mention that this holster is for a full size, 5 inch, government 1911 handgun? Most people I have talked to will not carry appendix with anything larger than a J frame revolver, or a wonder plastic .380 auto. I believe that trying your holster with a large frame handgun should be required of anyone wanting to dismiss or give up on their belief in this carry method. You definitely have a lifetime customer with me and will be ordering more of your product as needed.
