lease check Supported Firearms before placing an order. Orders received for firearms that are unsupported will incur a 4% processing fee when being refunded/cancelled. Orders cancelled after a three (3) day grace period will incur a 4% fee reflecting the credit card processing fees initially charged.


UPDATE: WE ARE CURRENTLY SCHEDULING SHIPMENTS DURING THE WEEK OF 05/20/24 (shipping 05/20 through 05/23). Our custom holsters are built for your specific firearm and do take time to process. We believe you will find a Garrett Holster worth the wait. (Please Note: Light Bearing Holsters may take slightly longer)

We have a 14 day return policy on all products, with a full refund or credit of the purchase price (less 4% return fee and shipping). Full details are available below.

Exchanges & Returns

Garrett Industries has designed products with one main goal; no additions to the bad holster drawer/box. You will have 14 days to try out our holsters and gear. Should our product(s) not meet your needs, we will exchange it or refund the purchase price excluding a 4% return fee and non-refundable shipping. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns on custom orders, this includes any custom design changes you initiated.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and a 4% return fee and must have a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) issued by Garrett Industries clearly visible on the outside of the package. Please contact customer service at 409-200-2791 or email [email protected] for an RMA#. Packages returned without a RMA# may incur delays in processing or be refused. Please enclose a note with the return explaining what needs to be done. The exchange/return policy is deemed void in the case of any modification, alteration, or abuse of the product.

If you order incorrectly (select LH instead of RH, wrong Belt Size, list the wrong barrel length, etc.) we will be happy to exchange the holster to the specifications you want. There is a $15 incorrect order fee plus shipping fees that will need to be included with the returned order. You may enclose a check or call us at 409-200-2791 to initiate a credit card charge. Custom color changes may also incur a restocking fee for returns or exchanges.
