We have a 14 day return policy on all products, with a full refund or credit
of the purchase price (less 4% return fee and shipping). Full details

Exchanges & Returns
Garrett Industries has designed products with one main goal; no additions to
the bad holster drawer/box. You will have 14 days to try out our holsters and
gear. Should our product(s) not meet your needs, we will exchange it or refund
the purchase price excluding a 4% return fee and non-refundable shipping. Please note that we cannot
accept exchanges or returns on custom orders, this includes any custom design
changes you initiated.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and a 4% return fee and must have a Return
Material Authorization number (RMA#) issued by Garrett Industries clearly
visible on the outside of the package. Please contact customer service at
409-200-2791 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for an RMA#. Packages returned
without a RMA# may incur delays in processing or be refused. Please
enclose a note with the return explaining what needs to be done. The exchange/return policy is deemed void in
the case of any modification, alteration, or abuse of the product.
